Dear Customers, in order to perform quality troubleshooting work, please fill out this fault registration form and describe the fault in as much detail as possible. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Fault registration fee 90 EUR +VAT
(without a purchase document from UAB "IDV Group")*
* If you do not have a purchase document, the defect registration fee of 90Eur + VAT (for objects in Vilnius city) will have to be paid before registering the arrival of the technical service technician according to a preliminary VAT invoice. If the technician determines that the defect is under warranty, we will refund the money within 1 business day.
With these measures, we aim to ensure that our technical service specialists are only called in cases of real failures and can resolve your problems promptly and effectively.

Information for the Customer:
The warranty covers failures that occur due to manufacturer defects or defective parts. UAB IDV Group is unconditionally obliged to replace the defective part, but not the entire device. The main condition for the validity of the warranty is systematic maintenance of the equipment at least once a year, which must be taken care of by the buyer himself. The recommended service period is from October 1 to March 31. Equipment maintenance may only be performed by qualified personnel who have a recommendation from UAB IDV Group.
The warranty is void if:
1. Malfunctions caused by intervention by unqualified personnel or improper installation.
2. Equipment used for purposes other than its intended purpose.
3. Factors for which the manufacturer is not responsible (large voltage fluctuations exceeding those specified in the equipment description.)
4. Poor or insufficient maintenance.
5. The manufacturer is not responsible for failures due to factors such as large voltage fluctuations, use not in accordance with the instructions, improper grounding, etc.
