Restaurants
The standard air flow is 50 m3/h per person, an additional 10 m3/h if the person smokes; employees are also included (100 m3/h in smoking rooms). If the building frame surfaces are glass, warm air is usually blown into them in winter to prevent the feeling of cold (customer comfort), and in summer the excess heat is removed by cooling the glass. Part of the air flow is supplied to the space above the bar to ensure a supply of fresh air to employees.

HVAC systems ensure ventilation of sports facilities (supply of ventilated air to those exercising), removal of moisture and odors, prevent the formation of mold, and can ensure the supply of hot air to compensate for heat losses in the room.

Air heating is carried out centrally in the HVAC unit, each apartment has decentralized heating for comfort; cooling can also be installed. The control system connects individual apartments into a jointly controlled HVAC system. When an HVAC system with heat recovery is used to ventilate apartments, costs can be significantly reduced.

The amount of ventilated/recirculated air is designed based on the water surface area (evaporating water), the number of showers or people (60–70 m3/h per person). The higher room temperature and heating by the HVAC system must be taken into account. Due to the higher room temperature and higher relative humidity (up to 0 °C, 60% SD), we recommend directing the ventilation air to glass surfaces, thus removing moisture condensation and extracting warm air close to the ceiling.
