Return conditions

1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania "Regarding the approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items".

2. Unused, complete, quality goods that have not lost their commercial appearance and are packed in the original packaging can be returned no more than 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods, without specifying a reason.

4. Attach a free-form request for acceptance of the returned product, as well as the purchase document or a copy thereof, to the returned product. Indicate the bank account number for the refund. If a bank account is not specified, the money will be returned to the payer's account.

5. Accessories, gifts, and discount coupons received during ongoing promotions must also be returned to the seller along with the returned item.
6. The returned item must be sent securely packaged by registered mail. The address to which the returned item should be sent will be provided to the buyer by email or phone.

7. The buyer pays the shipping costs for returned goods.
8. After assessing the condition of the returned item, we transfer the money to the customer within 5 business days. Items that do not meet the return conditions are returned to the buyer only after pre-paying the shipping costs.
